Are you sure the psa holder has not been cracked open and card replaced? Bottom of case looks frosted due to being opened.

It is possible that the specks flaked off after it was graded, due to being poorly stored.

That Griffith card sold Sept 3, 2008. Same card, same PSA identifier.
If broken out and replaced, had to have been long ago..... |
