1945 Acme Newspictures Inc Jackie Robinson Kansas City Monarchs Brooklyn Dodgers phot
I found this yesterday, while searching for something else. I figured you guys might enjoy seeing it:
  Description: October 25th 1945 Acme Newspictures photo of Jackie Robinson. Slug on reverse tells of him being the first African American to be signed to a professional baseball contract. The slug and photo werte produced two days after Robinson signed with the Dodgers organization and the day that Robinson was released from the Kansas City Monarchs. Authenticated by PSA/DNA as a period type III photo. Photo measures 5" x 7".
