Hi Rich,
As a fellow cancer survivor - and yes, you ARE a survivor - I welcome you to PM me at any time to discuss what you are going through. Initially, I wrote a long-winded entry to this thread which was meant for all to see. However, I ultimately decided it would be best to simply post the first sentence to let you know that I am here for you and leave it at that for now.
