from their website:
WHAT IS RAZZING? Superior Card Breaks takes a single card and raffle it off to 10 collectors. Each collector buys a spot and their names are put into random.org. The site rolls one die and the number on the die is the number of times the random button is hit. The person who is at the top of the list after the random button is hit wins the card. Razzing Example: Cards that are worth $100 will be $10 for each spot with 10 spots available. Once all 10 spots are purchased, the collectors' names will be placed into random.org and a winner will be chosen. "Worth". Is that what they paid for the card, or high book or what? Who determines what it is worth?
