Jeff,
The top right is a glossy photo page salvaged from a destroyed and unredeemable original copy of Christy Mathewson's 1912 book "Pitching in a Pinch" with the small type in the lower left indicating it is a Louis Van Oeyen photograph. It is one of my favorite Bender in action shots, and even though it is an ephemera item it is an 1912 original. The bottom right is a one of a kind hand drawn sketch produced by Atlantic Lithorgraphic and Printing Company. I have a separate thread regrading this item that will show you a better image of it.
