Since it looks like the old guy on the right is clowning around, and he apparently brought a glove to an event where others were wearing suits, my first guess is that he's Al Schacht, the Clown Prince of Baseball. See attached image - the ear looks pretty close to me.

Is there any way to do a search on an image to find similar images? Seems like the process for images is so tedious... I would imagine someone has come up with an algorithm no?
