Most photo hosting sites have easy click links to add photos to sites, message boards, etc.
For example, I use photobucket. You click on the photo you want to share and then to the side, there is a list of "shared links" that you can select. I use the bottom one to post to message boards and it works great.  It gets you this:

i don't know of a different way to load a picture otherwise unless the site itself hosts the photo, which I don't think this one does.
If you have been to some of the blog sites, they will allow you to directly upload photos into your posts. http://1978theyearitallbegan.blogspot.com
