You have to hit the BIN, no question. If the seller tells you it was a mistake, it's what you expected and move on. I've done this on two or three occasions, but not at quite the steal this was. Two BIN's were at .99, so right after I purchased it, I contacted the seller and asked him about it, telling him I assumed he meant to put it up at auction and made a mistake and instead did it at a BIN. Never assume!
