Default Pennant

Carlton, Here is an example of what one of my shrink wrapped pennants looks like. A framer I use in Adamstown does it, and it is pretty cheap - maybe $15 to $20 for a pennant if I recall correctly.

Keith, thanks for the visual...yeah turning the tassels in is a good idea...I just phoned a framer and they said about $15.00...Now I just need to work on those creases before I shrink wrap it...
