I have not seen a Sosa auto remotely close to that. Not authentic. Sorry.
If you search Sosa autos on eBay you will find quite a few authentic examples. Most of the home run chase era and later almost all look like Sammmmy (slightly raised #21) Sosa. Even his older signatures with the White Sox and Rangers have the same basic function. His earlier signatures were a little less refined/hurried, but basically a similar signature, although the "S" in the names came vary from a more cursive S (earlier) to a more fancy print S (later).
