T206 Bob Ganley - Back Difficulty

Ganley is one of the "Elite 11" subjects in the 150/350 series......in which their PIEDMONT 150, SOVEREIGN 150, SWEET CAPORAL 150
cards are relatively easy to find. And, their brown HINDU, while tougher, is not too difficult to find.

But, try to find a PIEDMONT 350, or an EL PRINCIPE de GALES back on these 11 guys. You will discover that this is a real challenge.

Mullin (throwing)

Schulte (front view) **

Actually, there are 12 subjects in this "elite" group. The 12th guy is Lundgren (Cubs). There are approx. 300 - Lundgren PIEDMONT 150
cards in circulation. To date, there are about only 12 examples (graded and un-graded) of this card with the PIEDMONT 350 back.

** Note To date, only one Schulte exists with the PIEDMONT 350 back. And, no EPDG has been found of Schulte.

Thanks Ted. I have successfully completed both the Lundgren and Ganley back runs. The one I'm missing is the Lundgren KC Carolina Brights and not sure that I'll ever get it. What next? Those two were years in the making and not sure of my next challenge.

Also, Inthink the Sov 150 is much more difficult than the Pied and SC 150's. Maybe just fewer circulated due to Sov back collectors

The Sovereign 150 backs for the Elite 11 subjects are definitely less available than either the Piedmont 150 backs, or the Sweet Caporal 150 backs.
