To clarify a bit, as to when National Chicle was formed, what I am looking for specifically is when it started being called National Chicle Co. The more specific the better.

Griffith and Co. started National Chicle Company Aug. 21 1903 Statement filed and license issued, final certificate issued Nov 3 1903

This could be the answer. The question though, is when did they start being called National Chicle Co.? If you can verify your information you should probably be the winner, Ben. I am leaving a tiny bit of wiggle room on purpose.
