That is not a Canadian card. The Canadian card of Williams has a number 30 written in a white diamond just below his lead foot. The seemingly larger card shown above is not really larger. It is a later printing, probably around the late 1950s-1960 that has the Printed In USA tag line on it.
None of the cards shown are Canadian. The Canadian versions have either a number on a diamond [1-32] or one in big figures floating around [33-64]: ![]()
