What is the overall condition of the 1960 Leaf lot?

Here's a few scans. 15 are in similar shape to Earl & John, very nice.

Another 20 are closer to VG than Ex.

Brooks & Luis are featured as the stars.

The other 20 are G-ish or lower, though none worse than Joey & Glen.

50 of the cards are very similar to Michaels, some even better. 30 of the cards are Hoakish, though only a couple others are as Hoakish as Don.

This set is all over the place, collector's grade. Commons & minor stars included - some are nicer than these pictured, but many are comparable and a small # may be a little rougher. Here's the Top 7 hi book members from this group:
