Default Sacramento, CA - Card Show - January 10th

I received an email from Mark Macrae regarding an upcoming show...and yes he will be set up.

To start off the new year right, there will be a card show Saturday January 10th in Sacramento at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 5321 Date Ave (Just off I-80 at Madison Ave). The show will feature 40 + tables with both modern and vintage sports memorabilia and cards for sale.

Show hours are 9AM - 4PM.

Admission is free.

Beckett Grading will be set up and accepting cards for (off-site) grading, but will not be grading on site.

Had a great time at the show today. I picked up 8 cards for my 1955 Bowman set, T206 for my Detroit Tiger collection (thanks Mark), and a Briggs Stadium Postcard.

Nice show. I didn't buy anything but it was fun chatting with Mark and Andy Madec. I will definitely make the next show in March. Hopefully I will be able to meet some Net54 guys next time.

Thanks to those who stopped by the table. This show is starting to develop into a great show for the region. Sacramento had some great shows in the 70's (Ron Mattson) & '80's (Bob Lee), but hasn't had too much success in the last 20 years. Things are finally starting to turn around. There are a number of collectors in the Sacramento Valley, including a lot of transplants from the Bay Area. Look forward to seeing you in March.
