Took a chance on this "previously a PRO 8" that some of you might have seen on eBay. Not sure what's going on with the faded front spot, but maybe paired with the paper loss on the back it was in a scrapbook at some point and the glue/paste did the fading.

Anyway, I'm happy to check it off the list as a decent looking example at a reasonable price (best offer). I'm confident it will grade 'A', which is all I really hoped for anyway.

Part of the Christmas present to myself, got a number of stars graded. Note the "Yankees" script on Ruth's bat, just in case there was any doubt.

In my haste, I used a cell phone camera that (ahem) sux!
