If you saw it in Minnesota it was probably PSA charity auctions. The PSA charity guy came to my booth once at the national in Cleveland asking opinions about Williams, DiMaggio, and Mantle autos that a guy was selling across the aisle for the typical $100-150 for 11x14 and 16x20's. The dealer had a role of global stickers he was putting on the photos. I told the charity guy they are blatant forgeries and explained to him why, but he went over and started negotiating with the guy anyways. I told the national "staff" about it and they could have cared less. A lot of his lower end stuff is ok generally, but I have yet to see a Mantle, DiMaggio, or Williams, Tiger Woods, etc. that was.

That's exactly what it was. The high end stuff I believe had crap certs like GAI (low end GAI were good), and Steiner or other private signings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
