Purchased by a collector that still has it. I guess I could have divulged this at the start, but didn't want to spoil the drama.

Default Type 1 Coupon

Thanks for confirming and thank you Greg for digging up that 8 year old auction info! I love the description :
The brand name "Coupon" and term "complete set" in the same sentence is almost unheard of in the hobby. This presentation may very well be the only complete set assembled and then made available for public auction. It is almost impossible to accurately express what a rare opportunity it is to acquire the complete "Type 1" Coupon series in one single acquisition.

I swear I have seen that Matty somewhere before... as a single card.

I believe this set may not be in tact anymore but can't be 100 percent sure. Either way, it's neat someone was able to put it together, but I am leaning right now to this set being broken up and there are No T213-1 sets in existence.

Perhaps its time to start up this project again!

Pete - I concur. That set sells for North of $30K today. That would be a very nice 8 year return.
