Are they already uploaded somewhere online? If so, copy the URL/link and use the mountain picture up in the icons above the post to paste the link into. Otherwise, there is an "Attach Files" link below the post in the Additional Options box. However, there is a file size limit to that. So you're better off uploading somewhere else and then using the mountain picture box above the text field.
