Not prewar or worth more than $1 but this card was my white whale for 20+ years. It is the 89 Fleer Wade Boggs on the right without the print spot after Throws Right on the back of the card. Still looking for an extra for a fellow Boggs collector so if anyone has one please let me know.

No 1 specific card but my score of 5 1921 E121 cards in July and my T207 Saier in August.

I had several pretty good pickups and this one probably tops the list.

Default pic does not do it justice!

From the 2014 Vermont "Find" of 1948 Bowman Series 1 cards. Now I'm off to find that Series 2 cache!

I was lucky enough to pick up this 1906 Sporting Life Cubs Team PC. Not only is it the only copy graded by any TPG (last I checked) but it also has a very scarce ad stamp on the reverse.

Best part: I picked it up in a lot. After selling the other items in the lot, I have less that $100 into this card!

Jeff, that's a gorgeous example. I think i missed it since it is catalogued as 06-07 instead of just '06.

SGC's pop report is all over the place when it comes to these PCs. I see only two Cubs team graded (my 50 and a 30) but I wouldn't be surprised if there were more. I actually bought mine raw.

I had one too, think it was a 60. But what makes your card great isn't the grade or jacked up pop report, it's the rare sporting life overprint on the back!

Default Ruth RC

Leon, great Cobb, and nice cards everyone. Happy to add this one for my second son, so they'll both have a Ruth RC someday...
