I thought it was some type of Pavlovian experiment. I kept hitting the refresh button on my browser all morning long.

I didn't think we talk to those customer service people , I thought we call them to listem to them tell us how sorry they are for our expectations not being reached or fulfilled....

After continually trying to connect, I gave up and talked to my wife.

I sure hope the server upgrade was worth it

Am I alone in the fact that I no longer receive PM notification e mails since the outage/upgrade?
