Cool item... thank you for sharing! My gut says its the 29-30 athletics... Looks like Jimmie Foxx misplaced his signature and signed the photo twice...

I agree the 1928-1930 Athletics. There are some good ones here besides Foxx namely Kid Gleason and Jack Quinn.
However I do not like the Eddie Collins signature on the far left. It looks like none of my signatures , and not like any that I have seen of his from the 1920s or 1930s. Maybe somebody with more knowledge or examples of his signature will offer a better opinion. Value will depend obviously on condition and a good analysis of the autos for authenticity.

Yup... Collins unfortunately is not authentic.
I don't see how you could mat those flaws out... attempting to do so might just make it look worse. The torn portions just cut too deeply into the central image. Still a neat/rare piece!
