After picking up this little guy I will certainly be looking to advance the name at top collection. I sit at 132 different examples and hope to add at least 30 next year. Thanks to everyone that has helped me so far. This wouldn't be possible without Net54 and people willing to part with these beauties.

Hey Doug, so you're the one who got that split Young. Nice going.

In 2015 I will continue hunting down exceptionally well-centered 1952 Topps Mantles. It's my favorite card and love the search for nice centering.

If I haven't gotten it already, I am going to seek out the final piece to my Cardinals team run (Topps & Bowman) from 1948-1985. That piece is the '48 Bowman Musial. It's hard to find that card nicely centered.

Besides that, pre-war type cards for my Cardinals collection.

I'll be looking to add a couple of new D-card types, a couple of new types from T213/T214/T215/T216 and a few more Polar Bears -- plus a couple of things I'm secretly collecting because I think they're undervalued.

A big +1 on the latter! Same with me: rare and significant (read HOF'ers) and not yet in the spotlight (demand has a way of eventually coming around to the first two factors). John J. Pittman did the same thing as a chemical engineer with Eastman Kodak (not even upper level management) in coins (he could never afford the true "trophy-level" coins that went for huge bucks) and amassed a collection over 5-6 decades that sold for $40 million after his death!

Best of luck,

Larry
