They are literally buying the card not the holder...if better pictures and close up of all the problems with the cards and no tricky lighting i think you would then agree thats its ok to buy the card not the holder..

So you think it's perfectly fine to crack out low grade cards and sell them without disclosure?

it's worse than that because they tout them as high grade.
