Did you buy them from ebay? Or an auction site? If either, you ought to be able to get their images from VCP or from the former auctions page on the auction site.

If purchased from someone you know, ask them where they got them and this may lead you to a site with scans as well.

Good luck.

jeff

Did you make a police report, the sooner you do that the better chance to recover them.
They will need complete descriptions/photos so they can enter the information in the police computer system.
They also have contacts with local pawn shop, who have to make all their transactions documented and sent to their local Police Departments.
But you have to do that now.

If Jeff's advice falls short. Why not contact SGC w/ your dilemma. I just checked their pop report & they
have graded 6 Cobb & 6 Young SGC-40's
If you were the original submitter they can easily give you the cert. #'s & if you bought them from the submitter
that shouldn't be too much of a problem to get the #'s.

Most likely if not returned they will show up at auction soon. Can you give any distinguishing characteristics so we can keep an eye out if they pop up on eBay, etc??

I do not collect graded cards, but can a SGC40 have paper loss?

Part of the hobby that just keeps making me more upset - good luck with the search

We had a 1957 set taken at the Boston Show - theft seems to be up so be careful

Is OJ out yet? I hear he liked to rob sports memorabilia out of a hotel room...could be your man.

Cheers,
