Just picked up this Branch Rickey contract.
What puzzles me is that this is supposedly a 1931 contract but below Heydler's signature it's stamped April 17,1929? Also the top of the contract has Form 1929 crossed out with 1931 inked in. The contract is also marked February 28, 1929 above Rickey's signature? Has anyone else ever seen a contract with different dates to it?? Last edited by Maddog; 11-16-2014 at 11:46 AM.
