Several variations only appear in certain types of packaging as well.
I've opened wax packs, rack packs, and cellos where they have been mixed with both glow and non-glow in the same packaging. It was always the same though, cards printed with glow ink were on cards from the same sheets throughout the entire box, that is, cards from sheets A-D may have non-glow throughout the same box, but cards from sheets E-F would have glow throughout the box, or vice versa. Factory sets and vending boxes were never mixed.

Did anybody get a good hit out of anything you opened. I got 1 1989 common in all the wax packs I opened.

Jack Glenn of New York, NY won the grand prize of all 40 complete sets from 1952-91.

I don't recall how much I opened, but I got exactly nothing.

Default 1991

I had not heard whether the grand prize was won or not. I still have a couple of unopened boxes. Cards from 1952 through 1956, and cards with a then book value of $ 50 or more had to be redeemed by mail. Cards that I saw were not in top condition. But Topps did obtains three full set runs, one for the grand prize, then one for individual set winners, and one for the single card inserts in packs or through winner cards

Does anyone have a picture or own a winning game card? Even for the lower tier prizes? The cards state that they will have an X on them.

Default Winning 1991 Contest Game cards

I do not have one. There used to be some pictured here but not now. I have a near complete set of the A,B, C and D cards ( 264) ...missing only 12411 ( A), 12478 ( B) and 12545 ( D)

I have put together a handful of "near sets" of these and there were always 5-6 that I could never find, I'm willing to bet those are your numbers.

Too bad they pulled the image, I've always wanted to see one. I used to think the "SP" numbers were X----- rather than A----- etc etc.
