Chase takes down Matty 23-16 Wagner's powers are too much for Plank (Wagner 23 - Plank 17) In an all time great pitching duel, WaJo rightfully destroys Young 36-2 (Would the 2 Young voters like to confess???) Tie: Rucker-Dahlen are tied at 19-19 - This battle of the common man remains open, I will check it tomorrow to see if we can break the tie... Updated bracket: http://www.challong.com/mrt206

The "Sweet Caporal 16" ends with...
Wee Willie takes out Collins 17-12 Lajoie easily defeats Magie 22-9 Cobb also gets an easy win over Walsh 21-9 In a surprise: Bender edges Shag 16-14! (Then why does Shag cost so much?!) and finally, in overtime, Rucker wins over Dahlen 34-30. Updated bracket: http://www.challonge.com/mrt206 The final schedule for the competition will be: Elite 8: Today (Wed.) Final 4: Thurs. Final: Friday (winner will be declared during the NFL early games on Sunday!)
