What I also find mind boggling is that the seller has almost 6000 positive feedbacks in the past 30 days!?!?!?!?

I find it tough to ship 30 items in a week let alone 200 in a DAY?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?

7 days a week, 30 days a month, 200 per day?!?!?!?!?
