Nick - This is Just a suggestion to possibly save you some headache. On the first page of this thread, a 48 hour time frame is stated for payment. For clarity, and to avoid surprising anybody, I suggest you indicate there precisely when that time frame ends. Thanks again for all of your work on this! All the best, David

I know it stinks to miss out on something you really wanted to be part of. To the folks who did not get a chance, if somebody wants to PM me they can have one of my two slots, free of charge. Nick can still send me the cards and I will forward the slot on so that there is no added mailing. Just PM me and we can work out which slot is yours between us. First come first served. Update....spot filled.
