Hi Mark,
They are pretty thoroughly sepia in tone. I don't recall seeing any that I would call B&W but if you saw any like that, I would be suspicious. Although I don't really know why anyone would try to reproduce them. As for the stock, it is not as thick as Goudey card stock, but it is more substantial than most 1930s premium stock, especially Butterfingers. Maybe it is prone to tearing because the photos are so large. |
