I think the black SGC inserts make them look better. That being said if it is a high grade registry card then PSA would be the better choice, value-wise. So if you are looking at a set in around EX condition I think you will do well with SGC. Either would be ok though...imo.

I would pick up cards either sgc or psa and you can always decide later to cross the one's over if you decide you like on better than the other. In that grade the crossover grading won't be that much in relation to the value of the set and early on you'll probably decide which you like better.
