Thanks for the explanation, Andy. The crack and resubmit game is something I haven't gotten into though I have done a couple of reviews. It seems about 20%-25% of my reviews get a 1/2 grade bump. I would only do a review on a card I think is under graded in the first place.

Andy, you don't need to explain anything. But get a scanner.

Yeah Scott I need to invest in a new scanner. The one I have now quit on me awhile back. Any suggestions for a new one? Thanks, Andy
