I have no clue whose chicken scratch that is, but can definitely say it is not Devon White.

No Idea Derek.
I found it in a thrift store in Seattle. I had a look through Baseball-reference.com on the uniform number search. It looks like the person used #14 and maybe the first name begins with a "D" but I didn't come up with anything. Eric |
