 Ginter also has framed mini relic cards which is a full size card frame holding a miniature relic card.  For years the only relic cards in Allen & Ginter were the mini relics, which most collectors prefer because they are unique and cool looking. Recently Topps has been replacing a lot of the mini relics with the relatively boring full-sized relics which I presume is a cost cutting measure since they look much simpler and cheaper to make.
