October 1, 2013
Went to the 1994 All-Star game at Three Rivers. That was a great All Star game.
Been to many Pirate playoff games in 90, 91 and 92. But nothing can possibly top the atmosphere of the game I went to on October 1, 2013. This was the playoff game between the Pirates and the Reds. First above .500 team since 1992, when Bonds left. If you remember, this is the game Johnny Cueto pitched. Fans were yelling Cueto, Cueto. He dropped the ball on the mound, the crowd went crazy and Russell Martin put the next pitch in the seats. Unbelievable
