I live near Albany and saw this on the news but I didn't know his connection to our hobby. I don't normally root for the taxman but in this case a tip 'o the cap!

So excuse my ignorance, but if he only has to pay $13K in back taxes for not paying 3 years of taxes, what really is the punishment?

or has that not been set yet?

(oh just re-read it now, the 13K includes penalties)

still seems like not much money for missing 3 years of taxes.

True, very true.

I would assume that this would actually be bad news to Nash's creditors and people with outstanding judgments against Nash, since the government is typically first in line to collect. Right?

What, nobody wants to see the "Pop goes the weasel" video? Yeah, admit it, you're going to tell everyone you didn't care about it but you're going to watch it anyway....

Desiderata

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.
