I got it from Lew Lipset, it is pictured on page 38 of his Encyclopedia (the 3 versions edition), but have never asked him about it. I always thought it kind of funny. I have no idea if he put the letters there or not.

I thought that looked familiar. I doubt Lew wrote on it though.
