These guys are utterly without shame. How they have dodged justice for all these years now is a mystery.

OP here.

I'm a NJ attorney, and am putting in a call tmrw to a friend who works at the Bucks County PA district attorney's office.

I do believe this listing crosses the line into common law fraud. The side panel of that pack, per the above poster who said Liggett Group, Inc did not come about until the 1970s, must have a Surgeon General's Warning. Here's an identical pack for sale now on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1960...item2a3e731e30

The operators of Coach's really need to be arrested and charged asap. They clearly engage in "willfull blindness" at the very least, and one assumes it is Coach's staff and not the consigners who write the auction listing copy.

the bid is $77.
a LE agency will not go after a $77 fraud.
let it sell at a higher price and maybe you will have a shot.

PSA and the (at the time) senile Andrew Bradley (now deceased) teaming up on that beauty. SWEET.

Wow, you guys are really missing the boat looking at the unopened Piedmont pack. This may be the "greatest" CC auction ever. I couldn't stop scrolling through the auction because I kept wanting to see what was next. The stuff in this auction would be worth hundreds of millions of dollars IMO if it was real.

Cuts from George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Wilbur Wright, Sitting Bull, George Custer (2), Abraham Lincoln (2), Herbert Hoover, John Dillinger, John Adams, Billy the Kid, Andrew Jackson, Mark Twain, Buffalo Bill Cody, Harry Houdini, Albert Einstein, John Tyler, Jimi Hendrix, James Dean, Walt Disney, Neil Armstong, Patsy Cline.

Single signed baseballs from James Dean, Charles Lindbergh, Marilyn Monroe, Howard Hughes, Elvis Presley, Walt Disney, Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger, Wee Willie Keeler, Eddie Plank, Josh Gibson, Cap Anson, Candy Cummings, Johnny Evers, Buck Ewing, Sam Thompson, John Clarkson, Christy Mathewson, Turkey Stearns, Cy Young, Hugh Duffy, Charles Comiskey, Jake Beckley, Roger Bresnahan, Nap LaJoie, John McGraw, Amos Rusie, Jim O'Rourke, Jack Chesboro, John Montgmery Ward, Hugh Jennings.

Winston Churchill and FDR dual signed baseball.

JFK/Jackie Kennedy dual signed baseball.

Paul and Lloyd Waner dual signed baseball.

Envelope signed by Robert E. Lee.

Lot of seven Neil Armstrong signed index cards

Lot of four Truman Capote signed index cards

Lot of 10 Ray Charles signed index cards

Lot of six Lady Bird Johnson signed index cards

Lot of three Rosa Parks signed index cards

Lot of three Natalie Wood signed index cards

Hat signed by Princess Diana and Kate Middleton

Mother Teresa signed postcard

Jim Morrison signed postcard

Jayne Mansfield signed postcard

Jimi Hendrix signed photo

1913-15 unopened Fatima cigarette pack.

Mordecai Brown signed photo.

Hundreds of cuts and signed photos from current and past actors, actresses and musicians.

These asshats could run out a Jesus of Nazareth signed head of John the Baptist (Styrofoam of course) and the LE still would do nothing.

The "Ruth" ball is up over $2k if that is big enough to warrant someone looking into it.

As over the top as CC is with autographs, how do they not have J.D. Salinger or Steve Jobs autographed baseballs? Perhaps Salinger paired with Harper Lee on a dual-signed ball.

Lee Trythall and Scott Malack have been selling forgeries for twenty years. Tens of thousands of forgeries every year.

I used to wonder who was dumb enough to bid in their auctions, then once about two years ago a Christy Mathewson signed ball showed up on the local Craiglist. It looked strait of the a CC auction and sure enough I checked the last auction and it was lot # 4000 and something. I emailed the seller just to screw with him and see how much he wanted for it (it closed at CC for $200). He wanted 10k. That wasn't surprising. What was surprising was that the name affixed to the return email was that of my in-law's neighbor, a well-to-do business owner.

Justice does not give a damn in this instance.
Despite the best efforts of a board member, they continue to exist.
