Again the early items from GAI are supposed to be good, so maybe this guy bought items with early GAI COAs. It would be interesting to find out the dates on GAI certs that were good and when they went " questionable".
Personally I buy nothing from GAI .

Same company. GAI changed to GA to try and clean up their image.
