I lived in Vegas from 1996 thru 2001, the only shop I found had new cards, no vintage.

I suggest reaching out to Leon, the Forum Owner. Let him know what you collect, and see if he can give some direction towards other members. You should also check the B/S/T section and see who is offering what you are interested in, and follow up with Leon about their reputation. I have done that myself a few times, and never had a problem with transactions. Leon is a great resource and starting point for you.

Hi-
There are a couple of card shops in Vegas that might have pre 1950s stuff. One is called something like All Star Sports Cards and it is off the strip, in a shopping plaza. They sell a lot on eBay, but I did buy a Remar Casey Stengel and have looked at some T206s and Zeenuts they have had over the years. Another possible option is the card shop featured on Pawn Stars. It is in downtown, very close to Las Vegas Boulevard. I do recommend checking out some of the antique shops if you have time. Red Rooster is one, but I forget the names of any others. Some of the better ones are in some of the seedier sections of the city. Alan |
