Pretty easy. Once the photo is uploaded just click on the photo and to the right of the photo should be a box with multiple links, Links to share this photo. Now in that box you have multiple links. Email, Direct, HTML, and IMG. To post photos in a thread just click and copy the IMG link then place it in the thread. And sure enough there is your photo.
