Love the pickup Scotty and looking forward to seeing you at the National again this year?!

I have picked up this 8x10 shot of Ruth used for his 1928 candy card. It is from the Christy Walsh estate. Clearly I love photos(for many reasons). I do love when they are used for cards. I had some quick "paint fun" with the third pic.

Sweet! So is that "wood added" painted onto the surface of the photo? Guess they didn't want the kid in the image for the card. I'm not usually a fan of "edited" photos, but in this case, with it clearly showing that this is THE photo used for the card, I'll make an exception Very cool!

1985 Stan Clarke game worn Blue Jays jersey. Yep, he stunk, but these Blue Jays pullovers have real nice eye appeal.

2010 Adrian Beltre game used bat. Cracked for a single on 4/22/10 against his current team, the Rangers

1984-85 Dave a Winfield game used bat. Tremendous use with his custom tape job mixed in with a nice coat of tar.

Love the jersey! Stan Clarke....I had forgotten about him. 3-6, 6.79 era and 36 Ks for his career....maybe that's why? Still light years better than me at ball.

Thanks! I'm a big fan of the 80's pullovers.

Default Johnny Vander Meer signed hand painted ball

Good-guy board member Ken Sulik provide a big assist and had an artist friend of his hand paint a Vander Meer signed Leonard Coleman ball that I acquired recently for this purpose.

The image that I selected for her to paint was from a photo that was taken of the 1st time that Vandy met boyhood idol Babe Ruth. He met the Babe just prior to throwing his second consecutive no-hitter on June 15th, 1938- the first night game at Ebbets Field.

Many thanks to Ken for his help in getting this done.
I think it turned out great!
