In the school system there is a nationally normed academic test called the Woodcock-Johnson that we use quite often to help determine student progress and for ESE eligibility. We definitely get a lot of strange looks when we discuss the results of that test.

... and I'm guessing they conduct the tests at Bushwood Country Club? Funny thing is, I'm sure those names were totally reasonable before American slang hijacked them. I think Clarke is safe for now, but you never know!

Some pickups over the past month plus, including a nice N172 "Orator Jim" from LOTG... and thank you Joey for the Rajah of BST.

Not perfect, but decent eye-appeal, and takes care of a rare back for my set. Thanks to net54 member for the acquisition.

Got this T206 Dunn today with a split front. Can't tell if the bottom player is also Dunn, because the background is yellow, but that could be from a color shift. I believe there is a Dunn split front out there that is him on both sides. The yellow in the bottom is a lot easier to see in person, not sure why it is barely showing up in the scan. Must be something with my settings

Default Prewar Exhibit Vendor

Hey just wanted to show you all my recent buy of this Oak Prewar Exhibit Vending Machine. It is still in transit but I am too excited to wait. I have some prewar Baseball Exhibits waiting to replace those boxing cards once it gets here. I will post again once I do.

Holy smokes Jim! I think you should be more excited about the Marquard ML card! Very nice! All three are killer though!

Beautiful postcards Jim. Rather risque-- a Johnson with Wood.

And then, the Wagner PC shows him standing next to a statue of an alligator holding a pair of lace panties!

I'm a big San Diego Chargers fan, and it just hit me the other day, that three of their players over the years have been (Jeff) Wood, (Danny) Woodhead and (John) Woodcock.

Default Wood is a natural thing, however...
