Thanks for the input, guys. I was thinking the same thing, that it was a cabinet piece or something like that, although I have never seen one that size. The strangest thing to me is that it seems to be factory cut, so it doesn't appear to be cut down from a larger piece, unless it was done professionally or at least very precisely. Interesting card/piece nonetheless.
