Burdick issued a 20-page supplement in July 1940, and smaller supplements in October 1941, and October 1942, but with the war going on, another catalog didn’t come out until 1946, thus starting the every seven-year sequence. - See more at: http://www.sportscollectorsdigest.co....ksJmkVe7.dpuf

Paul and Zach- you guys can PM me with size, color preferences and shipping address. You both win. I don't see where it was ever referenced that there is a 1943 but towards the end of it, the answer is given....which is in fact there was no 1944 or 1945.

As I was looking through my ACC's yesterday I saw your dad had written his name on my 1953 edition. That is pretty cool.....Your dad is a National treasure.
