I contacted the guy and explained the reasons why this card looks off and he removed the listing and said he was going to send it in to BVG.
I am by no means an expert but listening to all the knowledge on here combined with completing this set several years back I felt compelled. Seemed nice enough. Took my rationale unexpectedly positive.
