Thanks Brian. Happy to see you did well too. Thought the book lot would be a good project for me, to dip my toes back into the hobby.

I was outbid on the Federal League document collection after 4am...I was actually still awake, but decided to let it go in light of other recent purchases. I thought the winner got a good deal, though. If the winner is on the board, and is planning on breaking up the collection, let me know as I would be interested in one or two of the pieces.

I also bailed out early on the Federal League Hal Chase Day/Tinker Day program package. I've been wanting the Hal Chase program (I discuss that game and the resulting legal proceedings in a book I wrote), but anticipated the set would go for more than I was comfortable paying. Congrats to the winner, and keep me in mind if you ever decide to move that piece.

I ended up with the 1918 Zeenut lot of 18 (of which I think I need 8) and then also won the T207/T206 lot of 16 w/ the T207 Cycle Donlin and the T207 blank back (I have never seen a short print T207 w a blank back so I'm excited about those two cards from the lot-- pretty well hidden little lot)

Bounced back from last year's REA shutout. The free shipping makes everything seem like a bargain

The Fleischmann cards came from Bruce Dorskind's collection. This is the 4th McKechnie I've acquired from that scarce set, due to some cosmic weirdness (there are many others I've yet to see).
