Great pic Leon. I can see why you couldn't resist.

But I'm not quite sure why there isn't a dog in there somewhere.

An integrated photo from that era is really something.

Nice Leon,

Really does have a lot going on. I collect early banjo/guitar images, but haven't seen one with baseball as well.

Default The Movie "Matawan"

Leon's cabinet reminds me of the Union movie by John Sayles. There's a ball game amongst the striking miners that looks a lot like the photo.

Here's a photo that's always perplexed me. The back is marked Pressburg, Hungary July 4th, 1907. Heck of a celebration but why are they celebrating the 4th of July in Hungary. The reason I bought it was there is a guy in the front row with a baseball glove on.

Won't you join me at the Una club's Calico party? Carriages will call at 7 o'clock.

Wow! That's a fantastic glimpse into American history. Very cool, Leon.

Just a guess, but I'd imagine the bicycles would be a great key in pinpointing a date range (among other clues, like the bats being held, the guitar, etc.).

The 50-0 score doesn't surprise me but why was New York the home team at Fenway Park?
