I'm curious, if some scammer went to all the trouble to copy a real one and make it look aged and authentic in every other way, why wouldn't they make it without the space between the photo and the frame?
also, did you see that the seller offered a full refund if the buyer submitted it to PSA and it was held to be inauthentic? Do you think the ebay seller was fooled himself? |

I talked to the seller about it and he said it was from an older collector and he actually felt bad as the guy had consigned a lot of cards with him and he had no problem taking it down after being contacted by a few people about it's authenticity. Seemed like a nice enough guy. So I think you are spot Leon, good seller, bad card.

Do most of the reprints also have a lot less of the bat showing than the
originals like this one? (I'm not to familiar with these). |
